Hillary Rea is the founder of Tell Me A Story, a communications business that trains entrepreneurs and change-makers. An award-winning storyteller, she hosts the long-running Tell Me A Story live shows and works with leaders on using narrative to communicate and connect. Rea is also a Moth StorySLAM winner and the producer and host of Rashomon, a storytelling podcast selected as one of 100 Outstanding Podcasts (Bello Collective) and named a "Best Kept Secret" (Inside Podcasting).

KOVAL Distillery to receive 2020 Innovation Award for their adept addressing of urgent community needs

KOVAL Distillery, the first distillery to open in Chicago since Prohibition, is known for its award-winning, handcrafted, organic, and kosher whiskeys, liqueurs, and spirits.

As COVID-19 struck and many on the front lines were without adequate supplies, KOVAL founders Sonat and Robert Birnecker and their staff made an extraordinary decision and a truly impressive pivot to produce alcohol-based sanitizer for first responders, community organizations, medical institutions, essential businesses, and the general public. In doing so, they saved jobs and lives.
