Hear Dr. Jon A. Levisohn (left), a philosopher of education who directs the Joseph and Morton Mandel Center for Studies at Brandeis University. He will discuss what Jewish literacy means for adult learners.

Dr. Levisohn is an alumnus of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship who has served on the faculty of the Bronfman Fellowship and the Tikvah Institute. He has taught in day schools, supplementary schools, and adult education settings. His publications include Advancing the Learning Agenda in Jewish Education and Beyond Jewish Identity: Rethinking Concepts and Imagining Alternatives.

• Fostering a Culture of Organizational & Programmatic Learning: Approaches to Evaluation
  In this interactive seminar, learn when, how, and what information we should gather to help us understand the success of our endeavors. Explore the different audiences for evaluation and how to develop a holistic evaluation portfolio that helps foster a learning culture at your organizations. Come prepared to share your own goals and consider new approaches to ascertaining whether you are achieving them.

  Dr. Fraiman previously served as Director of Research and Evaluation at The iCenter for Israel Education, where she continues to serve on the faculty of the iFellows Masters Concentration in Israel Education program. She has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods and has overseen large programmatic and organizational evaluations in the Jewish communal space.

  Learn about and explore methods to attract new participants to your programs. In this hands-on session, discover innovative, impactful practices and develop your own methodology for growing and sustaining engagement.

  As the lead administrator for Lyric's community engagement and audience development initiatives, Harris has played an essential role in the creation of Lyric Unlimited — its philosophy, structure, operation and content. In this role, she has established and fostered partnerships with more than 70 Chicago-area organizations, commissioned five world premiere operas, and created a variety of innovative programs and performances.
