Dr. Rob Weinberg
As a coach, consultant, and facilitator, Dr. Rob Weinberg works with individuals, teams, organizations, and networks helping them find clarity, chart direction, and navigate change.
Following an 18-year career as a Management Consultant, Dr. Weinberg served as Director of HUC-JIR’s Experiment in Congregational Education, facilitating transformational change in congregations. He also managed the Jim Joseph Foundation Education Initiative grant at HUC-JIR.
Dr. Weinberg coaches rabbis and senior leaders and is a sough-after facilitator for strategic visioning and change in legacy and start-up Jewish organizations. He has taught at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, its School of Education and Social Policy, and at HUC-JIR. He has completed coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute, is certified in Leading Organizational Transitions by William Bridges & Associates, and is qualified in the Perceptive Communications® style profile.
